Pictures Plus has been a part of homes in Hawaii since 1986. In that time we have framed many
special memories, decorated an abundance of walls and furnished countless rooms. We would like
to think that makes us a small part of your "Favorite Home Moments". Tell us your "Favorite
Home Moment". Up to ten recordings will be chosen every month to air on KSSK. If we choose
your recording to air on KSSK you will receive a $100 gift certificate!
What is a "Favorite Home Moment"?
A "Favorite Home Moment" is a special moment that you enjoy that makes the place you live in
home. It can be a simple everyday thing such as lounging in your favorite recliner with a good
book or it can be a moment that only comes around occasionally such as having all your
relatives over for a Fourth of July barbecue. "Favorite Home Moments" are different for
everybody. What's yours?
Tell us your "Favorite Home Moment"
Tell us your "Favorite Home Moment" in 25 seconds or less. It's Easy! Here's a simple outline
you can follow:
Introduce yourself. Tell us your first name, age (optional), and occupation (optional).
Describe your Moment. Tell us about the Moment that makes home special. Put the listener
in the Moment by describing details (i.e. sights, sounds, smells, how the moment makes you feel).
Close. Close with the line "…that's my Favorite Home Moment".
Two ways to submit your "Favorite Home Moment":
1. Email us your Moment. Record your Moment on your computer's mic or even on
your smart phone and email to moments@picturesplus.com. Please email only .mp3 or .wav format. Don't forget to
include your name and contact information.
2. Call the Favorite Home Moments Hotline: 808-739-3500. The Favorite Home Moments hotline number is 808-739-3500. You have 25 seconds or less to describe your favorite home moment. You can call in your favorite home moments and up to ten every month will be chosen to air on KSSK.
